Return & Refund Policy

Every Mega Tees shirt is printed to order, just for you. That shapes how returns work — please read before reaching out.

DEFECTIVE OR MISPRINTED ITEMS (within 30 days)
If your shirt arrives with a printing defect, a flaw, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right for free. Email hello@megatees.shop within 30 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short description
We'll ship a free replacement (usually within 1 business day) or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't need to mail the original back.

MOCKUPS, COLOR & PRINT VARIATION (please read)
Our product images are digital mockups created to show the design — they are illustrations, not photographs of your specific shirt. Because every order is printed individually, the printed colors, ink density, print placement, and overall look can differ from the mockup and from one shirt to the next. Screens also display color differently — what looks one shade on your phone may print a little lighter, darker, or warmer on cotton, and garment shades can vary slightly between production batches. These variations are a normal part of made-to-order, direct-to-garment printing and are NOT considered defects. They are not grounds for a free replacement or refund. We only replace or refund items with a genuine printing defect, damage, or a fulfillment error. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor differences between the mockup and the finished shirt may occur.

SIZING ISSUES (within 14 days)
Because every shirt is printed on demand, we can't restock returned sizes. If your shirt doesn't fit, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint your design in a new size at 50% off the original price. Keep the original — no need to return it. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

CHANGE OF MIND
We can't accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind, "didn't like it," or accidental orders, because each item is made to order and can't be resold. Please order carefully.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Double-check your address at checkout. If you catch a mistake before production starts, email us right away and we'll fix it. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you're responsible for the cost of reshipping. Unclaimed packages are forfeited after 14 days.

LOST IN TRANSIT
If tracking stalls, check with neighbors and your local post office first (carriers sometimes scan early). If a domestic package shows no movement for 5+ business days, email us and we'll open a carrier investigation. We'll send a free replacement for packages confirmed lost or stuck more than 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international).
