You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or resell any part of this site or our designs without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only — not the underlying design.
3. TRADEMARKS & PARODY
"Mega Tees" and the Mega Tees logo are trademarks of Mega Tees. Any third-party names, brands, marks, or cultural references that may appear within our designs remain the property of their respective owners and are used, where applicable, for commentary, parody, humor, or nominative reference. Our designs are original works of humor and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any third party.
4. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK COMPLAINTS
We respect intellectual property and act on valid complaints. If you are a rights holder and believe a design or other content infringes your rights, email hello@megatees.shop with "IP Complaint" in the subject line and include: (a) the work or mark you say is infringed; (b) the exact URL(s) of the item or content in question; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, made in good faith, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We review every complete notice and remove infringing content where appropriate.
5. INFORMATION FOR EU & UK CUSTOMERS
Our products are printed to order based on the design, color, and size you choose. To the extent these made-to-order items qualify as custom-made or personalized goods, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and equivalent UK regulations) does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described — those rights remain fully intact, and our Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle such cases. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you keep all rights available to you under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
